Contact Support

The fastest way to get help is by email. Include the app version, your iPhone model, your iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.

Before You Email

  • Confirm whether reminders are enabled in both the app and iPhone notification settings.
  • For widget issues, try opening the app once and confirm the routine still exists and is not archived.
  • For premium access, use Restore Purchases from the in-app Settings screen.
  • For history limits, check whether you are on the free plan, which shows the last 14 days.

Why did my reminder not appear?

Reminder delivery depends on iPhone notification permissions, Focus modes, system settings, and whether the routine reminder is enabled in the app.

Why does my widget not show the latest routine state?

Open the app once to refresh widget data, then check whether the routine is still active and not archived. Widget snapshots update from the app's local state.

How do I restore Premium?

Open the app, go to Settings, and use Restore Purchases. If your App Store account still has access, the premium state should refresh on the device.

Why can I only see recent history?

The free plan includes 14 days of visible history. Older local sessions remain stored, but full history is unlocked with Routine Tracker Pro.

How many routines can I create for free?

The free plan includes up to 3 active routines and up to 10 steps per routine. You can archive an older routine or upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

What should I include in a bug report?

Send the app version, your iPhone model, your iOS version, the exact action you took, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
