Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Routine Tracker application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Routine Tracker is an iOS application that helps you build and run repeatable routines with step-by-step guidance, timers, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, and history tracking.

2. Routine Guidance and Notifications

The App is a productivity and routine-management utility, not a medical, therapeutic, or emergency service. You understand and agree that:

• Reminders, widgets, and Live Activities depend on Apple system behavior and may be affected by device settings, Focus modes, battery state, or operating-system limitations.
• The App helps guide routines, but it does not guarantee outcomes, compliance, or the timely completion of real-world tasks.
• You remain responsible for decisions related to health, medication, safety-critical tasks, and time-sensitive obligations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights
• Use the App as a substitute for medical advice, treatment, or emergency alerts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by applicable law
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions, limits, or ad-supported functionality

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier: Includes up to 3 active routines, up to 10 steps per routine, 14 days of history, and small widget access.
• Routine Tracker Pro Monthly: $4.99/month for unlimited routines and steps, full history and insights, richer widgets, Live Activities, premium reminder features, and zero ads.
• Routine Tracker Pro Annual: $24.99/year with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• We may change pricing or plan structure in the future with reasonable notice where required by law.

5. Local Storage and Reminder Data

The App may store routines, steps, session history, widget snapshots, and preferences locally on your device. You are responsible for the routine content, reminder text, and related information you choose to save in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PERFECTLY ALIGNED WITH EVERY DEVICE CONFIGURATION OR APPLE PLATFORM BEHAVIOR.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Missed reminders or interruptions caused by device settings, operating-system behavior, or notification delivery limits
• Lost, deleted, or overwritten routine or history data
• Subscription or service interruptions outside our reasonable control
• Any reliance on the App for medical, emergency, or safety-critical purposes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
